“At Manship Builders, our culture revolves around one fundamental belief: Earning respect is rooted in the ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and deep mastery of our craft. To that end, our supervisors lead by example, which means they would never assign tasks they wouldn’t undertake themselves. Not only is this principle crucial for the successful completion of our projects, but also for effective leadership within our team.

Our Project Superintendents play a pivotal role in managing jobsites, coordinating with clients, staffing projects, and overseeing project supervision and management. They all exhibit strong leadership qualities as they guide on-site crews to meet schedules, maintain quality, and adhere to budgets. In partnership with them, our administrative team comprises college graduates who adeptly handle the non-construction facets essential for running a successful company. Their expertise reassures clients of the excellence we uphold across all aspects of our operations. Lastly, the longevity of our dedicated laborers, many of whom have been working with us for over two decades, embodies our ethos.” - Chris Manship (Modern Home Builders Magazine - 2024)
